Wir fokussieren auf die Grundtechnik (Klassisch und Skating) und die Vorteile des funktionellen Langlaufens: Beweglichkeit, Stabilit\u00e4t und Effizienz. <strong>In den zwei Tagen wirst Du sichtbare Fortschritte erzielen und vor allem viel Freude am Langlaufen gewinnen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Kurs richtet sich an Langl\u00e4uferinnen mit erster Erfahrung Klassisch oder Skating und dem Wunsch, mehr Leichtigkeit und Freude an der Bewegung zu gewinnen. Unterrichtet wird nach neuesten Erkenntnissen aus der Biokinematik und dem darauf basierenden funktionellem Langlauf System FLS\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
